स्व0श्री सेठ सियाराम जी इस क्षेत्र के जाने माने व्यक्तित्व थे। वह अत्यन्त मृदुभाषी,उदार हृदय एंव सरल स्वभाव के व्यक्ति थे। क्षेत्र मे शिक्षा की अत्यन्त दयनीय स्थिति को देखते हुए सन् 1965 में सेठ सियाराम इण्टर कालेज की स्थापना की। जो आज इस क्षेत्र में शिक्षा का प्रकाश अनवरत् रूप से फैला रहा है। सच्चे अर्थों मे वह एक युग प्रर्वतक एंव भविष्य दृष्टा थे।शाहजहाँपुर का यह क्षेत्र उनके इस महान कृत्य का सदैव ऋणी रहेगा। विद्यालय परिवार सदैव उनके दिखाये हुए मार्ग का अनुसरण करता रहेगा।

The classroom is big and full of fresh air. It has large windows that let in lots of light and wind. The room feels open and calm. Students can sit and learn in peace. The walls are bright, and there is space to move around. The fans keep the air cool. It is a nice place to study and think clearly.
